Last First Day (at least for awhile)

Yesterday was the first day of class for the fall semester. I am taking 2 big classes which require a huge gigantic portfolio each. But it's all for professional development, so I am kind of looking forward to figuring out the big picture of counseling. I just have to fight the tempting temptation to procrastinate. So we'll see how it goes.
For one thing, I've been procrastinating on wedding plans. I don't know why. For a while there, it's all I thought about. But now we are getting to know the church and the great people there and now I just really want to be living up there now. But it's best that Charles and I have a little distance so that I will be able to finish strong in my final semester. D-Day, by the way, is December 12.
It's late and I already have an assignment due tomorrow and a last minute presentation for Thursday. I so graciously switched dates with another student since she didn't have a case yet to present. But it's good because it knocks one out early on.
I recognize my rambling, but I have been enjoying my hazelnut ice coffee from McDonald's and am waiting for that last blast of energy to finish my work for tomorrow.

Blessings.
